What is included in the price ?
The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, fees , meet&greet service . the maximum numbers of passengers and luggages which can comfortably fit in each vehicle are mentioned under each car class . The number of passengers does not effect the price.

What is OSAKALIMO cancellation policy ?
All the bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 24hours before the scheduled pick up time.

What if my flight got delayed?
By providing your flight or train details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. if there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait , we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.

What is your complimentary waiting time ?
Airport pick up for international flight , after landing , we provide 90minutes free waiting time.
Airport pick up for domestic flight , after landing , we provide 60 minutes free waiting time.
Train or port pick up , we provide 30minutes free waiting time.

How can i be sure that my car is coming ?
once we have your booking confirmation in our system , we will arrange the vehicle and driver accordingly . driver will text you on your mobile phone one day in advance to make sure thing goes smoothly. you can also contact us by the emergency number written in the voucher .

Where do i meet my driver ?
At the airport , driver will hold your name on the welcome board at the arrival hall .
At the train station, driver will wait for you at the exit .
At the hotel , driver will meet you in the front door of the hotel.
We suggest you always to keep your mobile reachable .

How far in advance do I have to make my reservation ?
We accept bookings 1 year in advance, for last minute booking, we recommend you book at least 5 hours in advance during the local daytime to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests even less 5hours. The confirmation is subject to availability and mutual cooperation.

What if i want to put a extra stop during my ride ?
If you wish to add a stopover route, please inform us as soon as possible , we will check the availability and cost . The cost may vary depending on the stopover location.

What if I left something in the vehicle ?
Please contact our customer service Center asap and we will do our best to locate your missing item.
